SOYL can upload yield data from any combine, then clean and process it for you to display on MySOYL. You can then use this with all your other precision farming data.
Load the yield data by selecting the fields you would like to view (as explained in my last tips and tricks email) and then choose yield and the relevant year in the dropdown:
This will load the yield data. If you have selected more than one field or a mixture of crops, you will see something like this:
You can click the crop and field bars on the left hand side. You can only see the legend if you click on a crop.
If you click on just one field then you can edit the underlying data:
For example, the actual total yield is the crop you removed from the field i.e. that has been over a weighbridge. The calculated total yield is derived from the yield map so it may not tally exactly with your actual off-farm yield.
You can also change the crop and put the variety in if it isn’t already recorded.
